What could be better on a summer evening than sitting outside, soaking up a warm breeze, and munching on a plate of farm-fresh tomatoes, nectarines, mozzarella, and basil? It’s like a farmer’s market threw a party on your plate and invited only the best ingredients. All you need is a knife, a grill, and the ability to resist the urge to dance in joy over this simple yet spectacular summer feast!
