The Best. Yes. Actually, The Best Buffalo Chicken Dip Recipe is here!
Ever since I was knee-high, Aunt Denise’s Buffalo Chicken Dip has reigned supreme at every family shindig. It’s more than a dip—it’s a veritable institution. Picture this: holiday parties, BBQs, family reunions… you name it, Aunt Denise and her dip were there, stealing the spotlight. What sets her recipe apart? No fancy dressings here—just a trio of cheeses and a liberal glug of Frank’s hot sauce. Aunt Denise swore by a different hot sauce (use whatever floats your boat!), but I’ve always been a Frank’s fanatic. It’s the secret sauce that makes this dip addictive enough to have guests double-dipping shamelessly.
This is such a simple Buffalo Chicken Recipe! You will need about 3 cups shredded chicken. I boil two medium chicken breasts for about 14 minutes with various seasonings to flavor the water. If you prefer, you can grab a rotisserie chicken from the grocery store, shred that baby up and use 3 cups worth! If you’re shredding your own, grab a large bowl and place cooked chicken breasts in. Using a hand mixer cuts the shredding time way down, but you can also you two forks and some elbow grease. Into a different bowl, mix your room temperature cream cheese, hot sauce, shredded cheddar and blue cheese crumbles until incorporated. Slowly add your shredded chicken. Add this mixture to a greased 6×9 pan and bake at 350 for 30 minutes!
Why rush around when you can prep like a champion? Assemble this dish up to a day ahead, then stash it in the fridge. When you’re ready to indulge, just bake and enjoy. It’s like having a secret kitchen assistant—no last-minute chaos, just deliciousness on demand!
Sticking to keto and craving something spicy? This Buffalo Chicken Dip is your new best friend. Made with just shredded chicken, cheese, and Frank’s Hot Sauce, it’s a keto-approved (by me, that is) flavor bomb. Switch up your dippers with different veggies to keep things exciting and stay on track. It’s the perfect way to indulge without breaking your diet!
