The Best Ever Chicken Marinade Recipe

Prepare to have your taste buds blown away! This isn’t just any chicken marinade; it’s the Best God Damn Chicken Marinade Ever. With a perfect blend of tangy, savory, and sweet, this marinade will turn your chicken into a flavor explosion that’s nothing short of legendary

This marinade delivers the juiciest, most tender chicken you’ve ever had, striking the ideal balance of sweet and tangy that will have your taste buds dancing with delight. Grilling is my preferred method; the grill caramelizes the chicken to perfection, creating an unbeatable flavor. However, pan-searing or baking will also yield fantastic results if you prefer those methods.

Equipment

  • Grill, Oven, Stove

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic

Instructions

  • Wisk all of your ingredients together and pour into a zip lock bag
  • Add your chicken to the zip lock bag and put it in the fridge for at least 8 hours or overnight and then cook 'em up!

Notes

I use four chicken breasts for this recipe.  I sliced mine in half because the sugars will caramelize quickly on the grill and this allows the outside to get scrumptious and the inside to cook through!

Goes well with my Cucumber Tomato & Dill Salad!
